Our pet - Xiaomi Cyberdog
Ten days ago, we had the pleasure of hosting our company pet in the store. As you can see in the photo above, it wasn’t your typical furry friend… The Xiaomi Cyberdog, despite looking like it stepped straight out of a sci-fi movie, is completely harmless! Everyone who visited the Xiaomi Store in Westfield Arkadia on March 11 knows this. Our fluffy friend, also called “Xiazor,” is a very friendly robot that heralds tremendous technological progress and a futuristic vision of tomorrow. To learn more about him, keep reading.
Xiaomi’s best friend — the Xiaomi Cyberdog — might not have soft fur, but it’s still a very pleasant companion. Visitors to the Xiaomi Store in Westfield Arkadia had the chance to meet this four-legged robot, which arrived all the way from the Far East. Everyone interested could come up and say hello to our mechanical pet.
Full mobility
Do a backflip! Right away — because nothing is impossible for the Cyberdog. Its range of motion options surpasses even that of a real animal. The Xiaomi Cyberdog will offer you a paw without even needing a treat! It can even race with you on the track, but be careful — it can reach speeds of up to 12 km/h! Running, rolling, and stretching are child’s play for it. Equipped with a variety of sensors, the Xiaomi Cyberdog easily avoids obstacles without bumping into furniture or walls along the way.
Running toward the future
You can call your new best technological friend in a traditional way — or take a more modern approach. Since the Xiaomi Cyberdog isn’t a real animal, you can control it using a gamepad or a smartphone app. This mechanical dog becomes something like an advanced, remote-controlled car.
That’s not all it can do
The Xiaomi Cyberdog is built on an open-source platform, which means developers from all around the world can expand its code and enhance its abilities even further. It’s a bit like teaching a puppy new tricks — isn’t that exciting?
How much for such a companion?
A pure-bred “Xiaopup” could be yours for around 7,500 PLN. If it were possible, would you decide to buy one on Mi-Home.pl?
