General information
In case of non-compliance of the Goods with the contract, the Buyer is entitled to exercise their rights under the Seller's warranty or the warranty provided by the manufacturer of the Goods. Exercising one of the above-mentioned forms of Buyer protection does not exclude the possibility of exercising the other of the aforementioned rights.
The procedure for filing a claim under the warranty is described below.
Complaints submitted under the warranty will be handled directly by the guarantor – Xiaomi Technology (Polska) sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Marynarska 15, 02-674 Warsaw. The current warranty terms are available on the guarantor's website: www.mi.com/pl/support/warranty.

How to obtain warranty service
To file a product complaint, please return the product in its original packaging with all accessories (if possible) and complete the complaint form on the CCS or SBE website. Before shipping, the package should be secured to allow safe transportation. Above is a list of devices serviced by the Digital Service Center S.A. and S.B.E. (excluding the Mi TV1 and Monitors1 categories).

- The basis and scope of the Seller's liability to the Buyer if the sold Product has a physical or legal defect (warranty) are defined by generally applicable laws, particularly in the Civil Code (especially in Articles 556-576 of the Civil Code).
- The seller is obliged to deliver to the Buyer the Goods purchased by him free from defects, as well as in accordance with the actual state in terms of: (i) description, type, quantity, quality, completeness, and functionality; (ii) suitability for the particular purpose for which it is needed by the consumer, of which the consumer informed the Seller no later than at the time of concluding the contract and which the Seller accepted; (iii) delivery with packaging, accessories, and instructions, which the consumer can reasonably expect; (iv) quality, like the sample or model that the Seller provided to the consumer before concluding the contract, this quality should correspond to the description of the sample or model. The seller is not liable for the lack of conformity of the goods with the contract if the consumer, no later than at the time of concluding the contract, was expressly informed that a particular feature of the goods deviates from the requirements of conformity with the contract and expressly and separately accepted the lack of a particular feature of the goods.
- A complaint may be submitted by the Buyer, for example:

- in electronic form via email to the address: reklamacje@mi-home.pl
- It is recommended to fill out the form available at this link and provide by the Buyer:
- information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular, the type and date of occurrence of the defect;
- a request for the method of bringing the Product into conformity with the Sales Agreement or a statement on price reduction or withdrawal from the Sales Agreement;
- and contact details of the person submitting the complaint – this will facilitate and expedite the consideration of the complaint by the Seller.
- The seller will respond to the complaint request immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of its receipt, and if he does not do so within this period, it is considered that he has deemed the Buyer's request justified. In the event that the complaint submitted by the Buyer is incomplete in a way that prevents the Seller from considering it (e.g., the Buyer sends the Seller a complaint but does not provide the Goods for the Seller to examine its technical condition concerning the reported defect), the period described in the preceding sentence begins to run from the moment the Buyer completes the deficiencies in the submission.
- The Buyer exercising the rights under the warranty is obliged to deliver the defective Product to the address: ROLV Group Sp. z o.o., Traktowa 6, 05-800 Pruszków.
- The seller is responsible for any non-conformity of the Goods with the contract existing at the time of delivery and revealed within two years from that time, unless the shelf life of the goods specified by the Seller, its legal predecessors, or persons acting on their behalf is longer. The Consumer makes the Goods subject to repair or replacement available to the Seller, which the Seller collects from the consumer at its own expense.
- If the Goods are not in conformity with the contract, the consumer may request repair or replacement. The Seller may replace the Goods when the consumer requests repair, or the Seller may repair the Goods when the consumer requests replacement if bringing the Goods into conformity with the contract in the manner chosen by the consumer is impossible or would incur excessive costs for the Seller. If repair and replacement are impossible or would incur excessive costs for the Seller, the Seller may refuse to bring the Goods into conformity with the contract.
- If the goods are not in conformity with the contract, the consumer may make a statement to reduce the price or withdraw from the contract when: (i) the Seller has refused to bring the Goods into conformity with the contract or has failed to do so, (ii) the lack of conformity with the contract persists despite the Seller's attempts to bring the Goods into conformity with the contract, (iii) the lack of conformity of the goods with the contract is significant enough to justify a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract without first resorting to the protective measures specified in point 7, (iv) it is clear from the Seller's statement or circumstances that the Seller will not bring the Goods into conformity with the contract within a reasonable time or without excessive inconvenience to the consumer. The consumer cannot withdraw from the contract if the non-conformity of the Goods with the contract is insignificant.
- Full information regarding the Buyer's rights can be found in the content of the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended), as well as the Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (Journal of Laws 1964, No. 16, item 93).

To return the goods, please send them back in the original packaging along with all accessories. The package should be secured in a way that allows for safe transportation before shipment. Please write "RETURN" on the package.

- The buyer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 calendar days without giving any reason and without incurring any costs, except for the costs specified in point 8.8 of the Regulations. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a statement before its expiry. The statement of withdrawal from the contract may be made, for example:
- in writing to the address: ROLV Group Sp. z o.o., Traktowa 6, 05-800 Pruszków
- in electronic form via email to the address: reklamacje@mi-home.pl
- A sample withdrawal form template is included in Annex 2 to the Consumer Rights Act and is also available at this link . The Buyer may use the template form, but it is not mandatory.
- The period for withdrawing from the contract begins:
- for a contract where the Seller delivers the Product and is obligated to transfer its ownership (e.g., Sales Contract) – from the moment the Buyer or a third party indicated by the Buyer, other than the carrier, takes possession of the Product, and in the case of a contract that: (1) includes multiple Products delivered separately, in batches, or in parts – from the moment the last Product, batch, or part is taken possession of, or (2) involves regular delivery of Products for a specified period – from the moment the first Product is taken possession of;
- for other contracts – from the date of the contract conclusion.
- In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is considered not concluded.
- The Seller is obliged to promptly, no later than within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the Buyer's statement of withdrawal from the contract, return to the Buyer all payments made by them, including the costs of delivering the Product (except for additional costs resulting from the Buyer's chosen delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method available in the Online Store). The Seller shall refund the payment using the same payment method used by the Buyer, unless the Buyer has expressly agreed to a different refund method that does not incur any costs for them. In the case of payment made by credit card, the refund will be made to the bank account associated with the credit card used for payment. If the Seller has not offered to collect the Product from the Buyer themselves, they may withhold the refund of payments received from the Buyer until the Product is returned or the Buyer provides proof of its return, whichever event occurs first.
- The buyer is obligated to promptly, no later than 14 calendar days from the day of withdrawal from the contract, return the Product to the Seller or hand it over to a person authorized by the Seller to receive it, unless the Seller has proposed to collect the Product themselves. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the Product back before it expires. The buyer can return the Product to the following address: ul. ROLV Group Sp. z o.o., Traktowa 6, 05-800 Pruszków.
- The buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from its use beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product.
- Possible costs associated with the buyer's withdrawal from the contract, which the buyer is obliged to bear:
- If the buyer chose a delivery method for the Product other than the cheapest standard delivery method available in the Online Store, the Seller is not obliged to refund the additional costs incurred by the buyer.
- The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the Product.
- In the case of a Product that is a service, which began - at the explicit request of the buyer - before the withdrawal period expired, the buyer who exercises the right to withdraw from the contract after making such a request is obligated to pay for the services provided up to the point of withdrawal. The payment amount is calculated proportionally to the extent of the service provided, taking into account the price or remuneration agreed upon in the contract. If the price or remuneration is excessive, the basis for calculating this amount is the market value of the services provided.
- The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to the buyer in relation to contracts:
- for the provision of services, if the Seller has fully performed the service with the express consent of the buyer, who was informed before the service began that upon the Seller's fulfillment of the service, they would lose the right to withdraw from the contract;
- in which the price or remuneration depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the Seller does not control and which may occur before the withdrawal period expires;
- in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated Product, produced according to the buyer's specifications or serving to meet their individualized needs;
- in which the subject of the service is a Product that is liable to deteriorate rapidly or has a short shelf life;
- in which the subject of the service is a Product delivered in a sealed package that cannot be returned for resale once opened due to health protection or hygiene reasons, particularly in-ear and earbud headphones, toothbrushes, razors, towels, filters;
- in which the subject of the service is Products that, after delivery, due to their nature, become inseparably connected with other items;
- in which the subject of the service is alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the Sales Agreement, and the delivery of which may occur only after 30 days and whose value depends on market fluctuations beyond the Seller's control;
- in which the Buyer expressly requests the Seller to come to him for urgent repair or maintenance; if the Seller additionally provides services other than those requested by the Buyer, or delivers Products other than spare parts necessary for repair or maintenance, the right to withdraw from the contract applies to the additional services or Products;
- in which the subject of the service is audio or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in sealed packaging, if the packaging was opened after delivery;
- in which the subject of the service is an item that perishes quickly, has a short shelf life, or has defects preventing further sale of the product;
- in which the subject of the service is an item on which security features blocking a Google or Xiaomi account have been activated, preventing the phone from being unlocked and prepared for resale;
- for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription agreements;
- concluded through a public auction;
- for the provision of services in the field of accommodation, other than for residential purposes, transportation of goods, car rental, catering, services related to leisure, entertainment, sports, or cultural events, if the contract specifies the day or period of service provision;
- for the delivery of digital content not recorded on a tangible medium, if the performance of the service began with the Buyer's express consent before the withdrawal period expired and after the Seller informed him about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.
