More than three years have passed since the last launch of a Xiaomi tablet. Therefore, it is high time to present another representative of this increasingly popular group of equipment. We are talking about none other than the Xiaomi Pad 5, which we could admire for the first time during the September unveiling of the latest Xiaomi products. After the global launch, the time has come for our local market. Already on 6 October 2021, the Xiaomi Pad 5 will be presented to the local audience and will go on sale at the same time. Although the official price in Polish distribution is not yet known, the detailed specification of the device already is. So what does the long-awaited Xiaomi tablet offer? Let us take a closer look at it.

What cannot be overlooked is the appearance of the device, whose uniqueness is striking from the first glance. The Xiaomi Pad 5 comes in two colour variants, from which everyone will be able to choose the one to suit themselves and their style. Cosmic Gray, which is a deep matte grey, and Pearl White, which is a shimmering pearlescent white. The tablet itself is enclosed in a rectangular form with rounded sides, whose 11-inch diagonal is ideal for both everyday use and work. The proportions and the slimness of less than 7 millimetres make it a pleasure to hold and use.

The backbone of the Xiaomi Pad 5 is the Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 860 processor, which guarantees its smooth performance and competitive speed. It is further supported by RAM of as much as 6 GB and built-in memory reaching 128 or 256 GB, depending on the chosen configuration. Xiaomi's premiere tablet also features a long-life battery. The capacity of the battery present on board the Xiaomi Pad 5 reaches as much as 8720 mAh, which allows for intensive and stress-free all-day work. A 33 W charger is included to quickly and efficiently deal with low energy levels before they start to run out.
Last but not least
The screen - it is the screen that plays the first fiddle here, i.e. it plays the most important role. It is on it that all the attention is focused when using the Xiaomi Pad 5, and it is to guarantee the most spectacular visual experience possible. The IPS display with WQHD+ resolution (1600 x 2560 pixels) has a very high refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, is compatible with Dolby Vision and DCI-P3 standards and displays up to one billion colours. All this, combined with a brightness of 500 nits, means that Xiaomi's tablet is up to the task.
