1. Choose your goods and apply
Add the goods to your basket and select Santander Consumer Bank (Bank) eRATS as the payment method.
In the e-Application for a loan for the purchase of goods and services (e-Application), adjust he loan period and the down-payment to your needs, complete the data required by the Bank, then submit the e-Application and await the Bank's credit decision.
If you do not manage to complete the e-Application, you will be able to return to it using a link that we will send to you at the e-mail address provided in the e-Application.
2. Read and confirm the terms of the Loan Agreement
If you receive a positive credit decision, the Bank will provide you with the loan documentation in electronic format (PDF files). Read it and accept it on the e-Application page.
3. Confirm your identity
The subsequent procedure in the event of a positive credit decision depends on the credit agreement you have chosen.
1. By transferring 1 zł:
Make a 1 zł return transfer to the account and in the manner indicated by the Bank in the e-Application.
This is the fastest way, which - depending on the availability of your bank - can take only a few minutes.
You will find the necessary details for making the transfer on the e-Application page.
2. In the presence of a courier company employee:
A courier will come to you at the address indicated in the e-application and verify your identity on the basis of the identity document indicated in the e-application.
Remember, the courier only verifies your identity, so do not give him any copies of your documents.
4. Delivery of goods
After positive verification of the data confirming your identity, the Bank informs the e-shop that the ordered goods can be released.
The seller will contact you to confirm the delivery terms of the purchased goods and to make your own payment, if any, if you have declared one.
